Play responsibly, stay within your limits
At ba88, we believe entertainment is at its best when it is controlled and enjoyed with awareness. Our safety tools and guidelines are always ready to keep you protected.
Our responsible gaming commitment
Online gaming and betting at ba88 is operated entirely for entertainment purposes. We are committed to ensuring a safe, transparent and responsible environment for players in Bangladesh. Our platform maintains SSL encryption and fair play standards, but beyond technical protection, we also want you to stay informed and aware.
Gambling should never be treated as a permanent source of income. It is a form of entertainment where winning and losing are both normal outcomes. ba88's goal is for every player to enjoy themselves within their means and time — without any financial or emotional pressure.
Important: ba88 is for individuals aged 21 or older only. Creating an account or participating in games is strictly prohibited for minors. If there are minors in your household, keep your account and password secure.
Our safety tools
Here is a quick overview of the protection measures ba88 has in place for you.
Deposit Limit
Set your own limit on how much you deposit daily, weekly or monthly. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Lowering a limit happens instantly, but increasing one requires a process to follow. This tool helps you stay within your budget.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose the self-exclusion option. You can close your account for a set period or permanently. During this time, no promotional emails or communications will be sent to you. Contact the support team to activate it.
Time Limits & Breaks
Decide in advance how long you will play in each session. Once the set time has passed, you will receive a reminder. You can also choose a "cool-off" period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks, which helps you maintain some distance.
Age Verification
Age verification is mandatory when opening an account at ba88. Only individuals aged 21 or older may register. If there are underage members in your household, keeping your device and login details away from them is your responsibility.
Loss Limit
Set a limit for how much you are willing to lose in a day or week before stopping play. Once the limit is reached, the session will close automatically. This tool helps avoid large losses and supports sound decision-making in emotional moments.
24/7 Support
For any issues, ba88's support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. Any responsible gaming request — self-exclusion, limit setting — can be handled through the support team.
Signs of problem gambling
If any of the signs below appear in yourself or someone close to you, seek help immediately.
- Using household or personal expense money to place bets.
- Repeatedly increasing bets to try to recover money already lost.
- Being unable to stop playing or making repeated failed attempts to do so.
- Hiding gambling activity from family or friends.
- Losing focus on work, studies or family responsibilities.
- Feeling restless, anxious or irritable when unable to play.
- Placing bets using borrowed money or funds taken from others.
Tips for healthy gaming
Following these simple habits will keep gaming enjoyable at all times.
- Set a fixed budget in advance and do not exceed it under any circumstances.
- See gaming as a form of entertainment, not a way to earn money.
- Do not rush to place more bets to chase money you have already lost.
- Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends.
- Avoid playing while drinking alcohol or under emotional stress.
- Monitor your own gaming history and spending records.
- If you sense a problem, contact ba88 support straight away.
Detailed guide to using the tools
How deposit limits work
After logging in to ba88, go to Account Settings and find the "Deposit Limit" option. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly limit — any one or a combination. Lowering a limit is instant, but a request to increase one takes a little time to process — this is intentional to prevent impulsive decisions.
Self-exclusion process
Self-exclusion means voluntarily removing yourself from ba88's services, either temporarily or permanently. To activate it, contact our 24/7 live chat or email [email protected]. During the exclusion period you will not receive any bonus offers or promotional messages. Any request to reopen the account before the exclusion period ends will be refused.
Reality Check
During long sessions, there is a feature that periodically reminds you how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. These reminders keep you aware and help you make rational decisions. Setting a time limit for yourself before starting a session is the best habit to develop.
Protecting minors
ba88 never provides gaming services to minors. However, as a parent or guardian you also have responsibilities — use your operating system's parental controls to limit children's or teenagers' access to your device. Never share your account password and always remember to log out.
Remember: You must be at least 21 years old to use ba88. Gambling is for entertainment — not as a solution to financial problems. Always bet only what you can afford to lose.
